We are thrilled to let you know that we listened to the request of so many of you who had asked us to also offer free-range poultry in addition to our other meat products. The chicken and turkeys are all certified organic and raised outside on green pasture. The chicken consist of White Cornish Giants and Rhode Island Reds, the first kind yielding a larger bird while the Reds are smaller, making them ideal for smaller families or limited freezer space. There are two kinds of turkeys as well, the Broad Breasted Bronze and Nicolas Heavy White, both doing very well on pasture.
These birds are so much fun to have around, one can clearly see how much they are enjoying a life in the outdoors compared to those less fortunate coming from the giant poultry factories. The turkeys are very special as they have such a joyous character, they truly make you laugh every time you see them.
The turkeys and chicken are ready to be ordered now, so be sure to reserve yours today while quantities last. The first batch has been going very quickly.
